The Curtain opens soon on Victoria’s most prestigious downtown residence. Two 12 story towers Bravo and Encore joined by a stepped 4 -7 story building will be home to 174 luxury suites rising amidst the shadows of the historic Empress Hotel and Crystal Gardens.
